Job Description

innRoad is searching for an experienced Sales Executive with a passion for Hospitality Technology. The Sales Executive role will be responsible for contributing growth in the mid-market, large hotel and multi-property segments for innRoad. This is “ground floor” opportunity will enable innRoad to make further progress in a multi-billion dollar segment with unlimited earnings and growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect into medium and large sized properties, hospitality groups and soft brands with goal of selling innRoad product suite
  • Use your network to develop a pipeline of lodging prospects looking to switch from their current system(s)
  • Develop a pipeline of branded properties looking to move “De-flag” and move independent
  • Attend industry tradeshows, conferences and similar events with goal of driving brand awareness and closing deals
  • Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with medium and large hotels, motels, resorts, lodges etc, by selling value of innRoad product and partnership
  • Clearly articulate the value of a partnership with innRoad and gain trust with key stakeholders and decision makers within prospect organizations
  • Build and maintain Key Account Plans for aspirational clients

Have a thorough understanding of customer's business and customer personas

Requirements

  • Has a robust network of contacts in lodging space
  • Has worked in hospitality / lodging throughout career
  • Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Demonstrated history of success problem solving and meeting and exceeding individual performance goals
  • Located near a major airport with ability / desire to travel ~25-50%
  • Familiarity with Sandler Sales Process preferred but not required
  • Experience as full-cycle Enterprise or Mid-Market Field Rep preferred but not required
