Job Description

Tasks

  • Answer our guests and handle all their requests in a friendly and competent way via email or phone (inbound);
  • Be responsible for ensuring the guests satisfaction by identifying and solving inquiries as well as by communicating with direct managers and internal departments;
  • Handle the follow-up support process;
  • Assist with the continuous improvement of internal processes;
  • Work in shifts and in case of weekend work is from remote;

Requirements

  • Secondary studies and professional studies, ideally oriented to Business or Hospitality;
  • Proven track record of customer / guest service skills in a fast paced work environment, ideally in a customer-facing or hospitality setting;
  • Experience in effectively and empathetically handling and resolving difficult customer issues and escalations;
  • Outstanding verbal communications & presentation skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure, well organized and hard working;
  • Excellent German and English are required (another languager are a plus);
