As a member of our Tech Support team, you will give technical support to the tourism sector, following processes through logging, prioritizing and escalating tech support requests, fixing different issues via telephone, remote support or email. Furthermore, you will be liaising with other internal teams in order give unique and creative solutions to our customers :)
